The antibacterial filter consists of a certified antibacterial fibre that inhibits the growth of micro-organisms such as bacteria, fungi, mould or other airborne contaminants.The AB+ filter is microbiologically inactive and inhibits bacterial growth extremely well, having been tested according to ISO 846 C, an important part of the VDI 6022 guideline "Hygienic requirements for HVAC systems and equipment".
